* Caregiver Safety: BackSmart design allows tasks to be done safely and efficiently. Allowing controls to be more accessible, which reduces bending and pulling motions. Which could help reduce the risk of caregiver stress injuries by enabling accurate body mechanics.
* Ease of use: One touch siderail controls allow patients’ to control basic bed positioning. While advanced caregiver controls are located on the footboard, out of patient reach and possible clutter. The large centralized brake system allows caregivers to activate the brakes with ease, regardless of bed height or siderail position.
